    "I was barely functioning when I decided to make an appointment with Lindy Poirier.  After unsuccessful sessions with both Psychiatrists and Psychologists I was beginning to wonder if I’d ever be able to live normally again.  I didn’t want to go down the road of medication; I’d tried that in the past and found it more of a band-aid solution.
